Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.  This designation is awarded to realtors who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors®.  Acting as a Buyer’s Representative my duties are to the buyer.  These duties include loyalty, confidentiality, obedience, disclosure, reasonable care, diligence and accountability.

As your Buyer’s Representative I can assist you with locating and evaluating property. I work to negotiate the best price and terms for you.  I can assist you in evaluating loans and financing options, or help you find competent home inspectors and home warranty companies. Above all, the ABR® offers undivided loyalty and works to protect the Buyer’s interests throughout the transaction. The goal of the ABR® is always to protect you – the Buyer.
