The asking price is established with the objective of creating demand. Although this is not an exact science, the goal is to stimulate interest in the property through as many qualified Buyers as possible, and therefore increasing the ultimate selling price.  As the real estate market trends more towards a Buyer's Market, it is increasingly important to price your home correctly.  



Getting your home ready to sell generally involves more than just giving it a good cleaning (though keeping it clean is important). We must first start by viewing your home through the eyes of a potential buyer.  I will assist you in performing a thorough review of the interior and exterior of your home and will provide tips that will help make your home more attractive to potential buyers.
